Christmas Fair,Saturday,
December 6th

It’s not too early to be thinking of our annual Christmas Fair!  This year we are going to try to get a head start on the fair.

 Pre-order your Christmas Wreath

Our Christmas Fair is famous for lovely, decorated, full, double-sided wreaths.  This year we will be offering early wreath pick up prior to the fair, starting the week of Thursday, November 20th, or you can get yours at the fair on December 6th.  If you would like to pre-order a wreath, please email the office at   office@readfieldumc.org or call us at 207-685-4211.  Also there is a sign-up sheet at the greeters table.

Start gathering items for our Silent Auction. On the greeters table is a sign-up sheet for our bountiful baskets. This is one of our biggest fundraising efforts. If you have never done this, here are some suggested themes:

You purchase items for a basket. We will provide the basket and wrappings. Please write down what is in the basket and the value or price.  We will wrap beautifully and make them ready to for the silent auction.   Please get your baskets in by November 16th

In addition to our baskets, our Silent Auction offers Fine Goods and Services.  Here are some ideas for goods and services that you might donate:

jewelry --- decorative items --- pottery --- framed art or photographs --- toys --- games --- gift certificates (to any kind of store, salons, movie tickets...) --- quilts --- art or music lessons --- tutoring --- babysitting --- catering a dinner --- sewing
